1. How do we protect your information?
BRIDGENOVA is committed not to disclose your personal details and the information you provided to any third party.
You have the possibility to access, modify or remove any data concerning you.

All personal data held by Bridgenove will be kept confidential but Bridgenove may, where such disclosure is necessary to satisfy the purpose -or a directly related purpose- for which the data was collected, provide such information to the following parties:

  • Any subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies or affiliates of or companies controlled by or under common control with Bridgenove,
  • Any other person who is under a duty of confidentiality to Bridgenove who has undertaken to keep such information confidential;
  • Any financial institution, charge or credit card issuing company, credit information or reference bureau, or collection agency necessary for establishing and supporting the payment of any services being requested.
    Personal data may also be disclosed to any person or persons that have a right under the Ordinance to gain access to such information provided they are able to prove their authority to access such information.
    For example, if Bridgenove were served with a court order demanding certain information regarding the customer, then Bridgenove would disclose the information to the duly appointed officer of the court.

2. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
You are free to edit your personal and corporate information at any time by writing as this address, and:

A. Specifying the data which you believe to be incorrect, the reason you believe it to be incorrect, and the appropriate corrections;

B. Providing "proof of identity" verifying that the individual making the request is authorized to request such corrections.

Bridgenove will, upon satisfying itself of the authenticity and validity of the correction request, make every endeavour to comply with and respond to the request within the shortest period of time.

You have the right to request Bridgenove to delete account, which will limit your access to Bridgenove services.

3. Data retention
Webmaster will destroy any information it may hold in accordance with our internal retention policy. This policy requires that information will only be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the original or directly related purpose for which it was collected, unless such information is retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations.
